Early rising is the habit of getting up from bed in the morning. Early rising is a very good habit. It is essential and good for health. A proverb says, “Early to bed and early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise”. Early rising has many benefits. It makes our mind fresh and lively. Early in the morning nature seems quiet and calm. No hue and cry is heard around. Birds begin to chirp. Late night sleep does not help in early rising. So, we should go to bed early. The man who rises early in the morning can take some exercise or a walk in the morning fresh air by the river side or the open field. The morning air is full of oxygen. The morning air refreshes both body and mind. One can enjoy the beauty of nature in the early morning. The beautiful gifts and colorful nature in the morning remind everybody of the creator. An early riser has many advantages. He can start his daily work earlier. He is never in haste. As an early riser has enough time to work, he can earn more become wealthy. The habit of early rising is the source of health, Wealth and Wisdom. For all these reasons, we all should cultivate the habit of early rising.
