Life in a village is friendly, simple and easy. Life in a village has both some advantages and disadvantages. Its advantages are notable. The villagers can breathe in fresh air. It is almost free from a foul and smoky atmosphere. So, the village people can lead a healthy and long life. A village is full of green trees, plants and meadows. They are beneficial for our physical and mental health. Various kinds of fresh vegetables, fruits, fishes, milk, meat etc. are available and cheap there all the year round. There are cool rivers, canals and ponds in a village. People can bath and swim in them. They can enjoy the beauty of nature in there. The true beauty of a moonlit night, the delight of rain etc. can be enjoyed in a village. Here various traditional and religious festivals are held with great joy. The villagers enjoy the delight giving country games like Ha-du-du, Dariabandha, Gollachhut, etc. in winter. Besides the villagers are very cooperative and a strong bond of fellow-feeling. But village life also some demerits. It has almost no good road communication system. The roads become muddy in the rainy season. Good doctors, hospitals or clinics are not available there. Good education institute are absence there. The villager have to suffer a lot for these all. There is also unemployment problem in a village. Above all life in a village is more or less natural and enjoyable.
